The cheap laptops can be purchased anywhere. They are available in games stores, on the Internet or in a store. Some of the cheap ones do not have the state of the art components that the expensive ones might have. The graphics card on a laptop cannot be upgraded so if you buy a cheap one and need a bigger one you will have to buy a new one.
