Eye is widely referred as mirrors of soul. Eye is an important part of human body as it helps the body to do its tasks to perfection. Eye is the part of the body that helps us recognize light. What we see using the eye is transmitted by the eye to the brain which interprets it and reacts to things we see. Taking care of the Eye is of prime importance, it is usually said that if your vision is fine you have never felt healthier than that. Just like how we exercise to have a healthy and fit body we also need to do Eye exercise to a healthier vision for longer years.
