Good Life Diet: Watch What You Eat
A good life diet is one that can be maintained without a fuss and at the same time contribute towards making a good life. No matter whether it is for a child, a young adult or a grown up, a good life diet will provide all the necessary ingredients that are necessary for shaping up a strong body and a sound mind.
One cannot undermine the importance of a good diet. No one continue with a diet that is deficient in some nutrients and excessive on others and it does no good to maintaining a proper body balance. One other way to maintain a perfect body balance is to exercise regularly. But each of these tasks, dieting and exercising, won?t yield desirable results when done one at a time, controlling your food intake is of primary importance when one is looking forward to lose weight.
Our food habits do not follow any constant pattern. Apart from having three big meals in a day we mostly do not bother to give a thought about what we eat. We should have a proper diet plan. The diet plan should consist of a three major meals in a day i.e., breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can include two snack sessions even.
Once can start the day with a good life diet breakfast. Breakfast should ideally comprise of a fresh fruit or fruit juice, tea or coffee, cereals, and an egg. It would be ideal if no sugar is added to the beverage. Black coffee should better be avoided as it leads to a rise in the sugar levels. One can opt for green tea instead. It is rich in anti-oxidants and therefore can form a part of a good life diet.
The good life diet lunch should consist of salad with lots of greens and crunchy vegetables, light non vegetarian husk bread sandwich, preferably chicken. An apple after the meal can be very healthy. You can have any fruit in its natural form, avoid the once with preservatives, sugar syrups and so on.
For dinner as a good life diet, you can be liberal with yourself and choose a meal which is rich in proteins. Red meat, though not recommended, can be had once in a while. For seafood lovers, grilled fish can be a great option. Be sure to include lots of vegetables and a salad, even during dinner, is an absolute must. You should also make soups a part of your dinner along with brown bread. Soups can be a healthy and filling addition to the good life diet.
For the snacks you can try granola bar. Keep in mind whatever you eat avoid certain over consumption of sugar, carbohydrates, fats and red meat. It is not so that you should stop eating all these but you definitely need to balance your intake. Or else you will definitely land up increasing your waistline.
Exercise is very important in order to maintain your health. Along with the good life diet, a fitness regime can do wonders. Health is very important for anyone one of us and it is even more important how you maintain it.
In order to have a god life as many believes you need follow a crash diet or a very strict fitness regime with heavy duty workouts. By following the simple good life diet and 15 minutes of exercise everyday you can remain fit for the rest of your good life.
