Do You Suffer From Sensitive Skin? Here’s What You Do.

Got sensitive skin? Theres some simple steps you can take to sensitive skin care.

Some people have sensitive skin, some dont. And there are some people with sensitive skin that neednt have sensitive skin.

There’s a range of annoying symptoms that come with sensitive skin like redness and blotchiness on your skin, itchiness, dryness and lots more.

And that’s not to say sensitive skin conditions can be controlled simply for everyone, you may have a specific condition that you should consult a dermatologist for. But why not try some simple stuff first and see how it works for you.

The first thing sufferers of sensitive skin need to do is to have a look at your current cosmetics and skin care products. Because there are a whole lot of skin care products and anti aging products and cosmetics that can actually cause the problem of sensitive skin. All those face masks and blushes and creams and so on can actually be the problem.

On my website I write about the dangerous ingredients that are found in many big brand skin care products and cosmetics.

Here’s an example. Parabens. Parabens is the name of a range of chemicals that are used extensively in many big brand skin care and anti aging products and cosmetics. They are very cheap and are used as a preservative. And parabens are listed in the cosmetics database as a hazard. 2 are listed as a hazard on a scale of 1 to 10 of at least a 7 or 8.

And of course if there are parabens in your cosmetics, say, then this alone could in fact be causing your sensitive skin problems. Maybe or maybe not, but it certainly is worth finding out.

Many big brand cosmetics and skin care products include similar or the same ingredients, and you may well find that if you change your cosmetic brand to a natural non allergenic cosmetic brand many, or all, of your sensitive skin problems go away.

The writer of this article has direct experience of this. My 8 year old daughter had to use cosmetics for her first ballet performance recently. Not something that an 8 year old would normally use, but she did that day.

Within a few hours her entire face had broken out in a rash, and we decided right there not to use those cosmetics again.

So examine your current skin care products carefully. If they are big brand name products from the department store it is likely that they contain ingredients that are not good for sensitive skin.

And there’s more. Use low allergenic laundry detergents. Some contain ingredients that can cause skin reactions. And avoid washing pillow cases and anything else that your face goes on in regular laundry detergent. Make sure you rinse well and avoid fragrances, as these too can cause problems.

Fragrances can cause skin problems for people with any skin type, including oily and healthy skin.

And if you do have problems with skin allergies, make sure you visit an allergy specialist, a good one can also point you to other products that can be causing problems.

You need to try out a range of natural cosmetics and natural skin care products that may well fix your sensitive skin problem for you, if not then you need to keep looking.

And we’re very lucky that there are a couple of small niche skin care and cosmetics companies that make natural skin care products and natural cosmetics that are not only perfect for sensitive skin they are also excellent skin care products and cosmetics, and at very competitive products.

Thats because they dont even try and compete with the big brand name skin care and anti aging products. They dont advertise on TV which contributes hugely to keeping the cost of their products down. They rely largely on the quality of their products to sell their products for them through word of mouth.

Most of those big brand name products that you might be buying now will do very little and are made down to a price.

So there’s some sensitive skin tips. If they don’t work consult an expert like a good dermatologist, but just doing these things may well clear up your sensitive skin.
